Refund Policy
No Refunds for Used Credits
Since NexDatawork operates on a pay-per-use basis, refunds are not available for services already consumed. Once a query or analysis has been processed, the associated charges are final.
Refunds for Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged due to a system error or billing mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and issue a refund if the error is confirmed.
Service Credits for Unused Transactions
In cases where a failure occurs on our end (e.g., system downtime or incomplete processing), we may offer service credits instead of refunds. These credits can be used toward future transactions within NexDatawork.
